About Dr Ruchi Singh

Profile: Dr Singh completed her graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in India with a Masters Degree, gaining membership with the RCOG (UK). She then moved to Australia, where she obtained a Fellowship with RANZCOG in 2009. She completed training in urogynaecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery at the Royal Women’s Hospital in 2013.She has presented at national and international conferences, where she recently won a best oral presentation award. She also received the 2014 RANZCOG scholarship for research.Dr Singh is involved in Clinical Research and Academics in the discipline. She conducts perineal trauma workshops for medical graduates, postgraduates and physiotherapists at University of Melbourne, and regularly mentors medical students.Dr Singh has the facilities to provide urodynamic studies, uroflow and cystoscopy for patients attending her Wantirna and Parkville rooms. She also has a Mona Lisa Laser machine used primarily as a non-invasive treatment for patients with vaginal atrophy.
