About Dr Manjunath Narayana
MBBS, FRACP, FRCPA
He completed his Medical (MBBS) school at Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences, India in 2002. After completion of his internship in India, he worked as a junior doctor in North Yorkshire and Liverpool University hospital before migrating to Brisbane in 2006. He undertook his basic physician training at RBWH & TPCH. He completed training in both clinical and laboratory haematology at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Mater Hospital & Princess Alexandra Hospital. He then worked at Nambour General Hospital in 2016 as a Haematology Advanced Trainee before securing a full-time job at SCUH in February 2017 when it opened. Dr Narayana is the current lead in Lymphoma at SCUH and is also involved in clinical trials from ALLG. He has experience in managing a wide range of malignant and non-malignant haematological conditions, with a special interest in: • Lymphoma • Myeloma • MDS • MPNs
