Profile: Danielle is a cardiologist with Special interests: in cardiac imaging and cardiac care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients. She completed advanced cardiology training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and subspecialty cardiac imaging training at Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne. She is currently completing a PhD aiming to improve outcomes for Indigenous cardiac patients admitted to hospital. She is a Senior Lecturer for the University of Queensland School of Medicine.Danielle sees patients at the Ipswich Cardiac Centre, St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital and the Ipswich General Hospital. In addition to general cardiology, she has expertise in resting and stress echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography and cardiac CT.
