In addition to delivering clinical service, Dr Acharya has an active interest in teaching medical students and ENT doctors in training, regularly speaking at training events for GPs and Emergency Department doctors.
His continued commitment to Clinical Research has also seen his work presented at National and International meetings and in a number of journal articles and publications.

Aanand further provides Outreach ENT services to rural and remote parts of WA and is the lead clinician and co-ordinator of the Telethon Speech & Hearing Pilbara Ear Bus Program. After also completing a Master’s Degree in Management from Durham University Business School, Dr Acharya has an interest in Management and is involved in work aimed at improving efficiency in the WA Health Service.
