• 21.12.2023Dr Jonathan Szeto provided a very informative and comprehensive explanation of his role as part of the holistic care provided to our friend who was the patient at Sunnybank Private hospital. He reviewed our friend with care, and informed the family of what was happening and his role, and took it upon himself to answer a number of questions. He further iterated and ensured our friend was comfortable with next steps, and measures being taken to ensure his well-being, with both English and Cantonese. Dr Jonathan Szeto went above and beyond to ensure that our friend was comfortable when including making himself available after hours during our elderly friend’s time at the hospital, as well as ensuring that coordination with nurses and discharge was well handled. His expertise in the area of infectious diseases was apparent, and his risk measures in determining the antibiotic composition and usage was very effective.
I would highly recommend Dr Szeto to others for his knowledge, bedside manner, care of patients, and understanding of the family unit.

He undertook a thorough examination beyond any other Physican who has treated her for the past ten years being Hospital or her own. He is a gentleman, great bedside manner, has a joke and explains exactly in plain terms what is the issue and causes of the condition that afflicted her.
