• 21.07.2022Recent visit with my 91 year old mother. She has been a client for many years. We are familiar with the usual and predictable long wait times. Our visit last week was disrupted…no notice whatsoever of change of address. Had to find another car park and navigate to new clinic. Dr was rude, a bully and totally unprepared to listen to his patient. He lectured us on not keeping him informed. Then criticized her GP for not ‘sharing’ information. All the tests have always had his name as being sent all results. He then scolded me for ‘dumping’ my sick mother on the Aged Care clinicians. His final words were….I can’t help you. I have no idea why you are here. This is the worst unprofessional appointment I have ever attended. I have changed cardiologist. I will never take my mum back. I will never ever recommend this Dr. I just hope somebody reads this…..especially Dr Cheong

• 30.10.2023I recently went to see Dr Cheong He spent nearly all my appointment reprimanding me about the referral my Gp sent with me He went on and on and when I tried to talk to him he told be to stop talking He then had the audacity to charge me $235 for my appointment after he had insulted me and did nothing for me I would never go back to him even if he was the last doctor on earth He was rude and a disgrace I would never recommend him to any poor unsuspecting soul
