• 07.07.2023Avoid this man. He performed a wide local excision under local anaesthetic on me. He started work without checking that the area was numb, and ignored me when I said I could feel it. He stopped when I yelled, added anaesthetic, and ploughed on. The site was never numb but he never stopped. No sympathy, no reassurance, no apology.
This was a scheduled procedure at a private clinic.
At present awaiting action from the Health and Disability Commission.
