I took my 20 Month old to see this doctor since all others were booked out. It was as if he was afraid of children. He wouldn’t even acknowledge my daughter, barely examined her and dismissed all my concerns. I left with 3 scripts which made no sense. After speaking with the pharmacist my daughter didn’t need any of them!

In January this Dr. kept dismissing my husband who had very severe chicken pox and made him come back every 2 days to get new medical certificates for work but would not give a script for anti-virals. On the 3rd visit he saw a different GP who finally gave the anti-virals and didn’t understand why he was left to get so bad he ended up having 2.5 weeks off work.

Now today we have taken our 4 year old to get a referral for a hearing test (she has had 2 abnormal ones before) and an updated referral for our ENT as our normal GP was booked out and our daughter has had balance issues for months now and kinder has also raised the issue of her hearing. He reluctantly gave the referral for the hearing test but refused to give the referral for the ENT. He lectured my husband that we were rushing into grommets (which we never even mentioned) and he tried to explain that we want the ENT to review the hearing results and also follow-up with another hearing test like we did for her 18 months prior especially as she is starting school next year. We are so disgusted as our eldest has had 2 lots of grommets, his adenoids and tonsils taken out due to genetic issues so we need to be under the care of the ENT. now we have to book another appointment for another GP, paying for another consult when it could have all been handled today. Not to mention being belittled by a GP.
