Profile: Dr Snyman graduated as dux of The King’s School in 1995. He graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) with Honours in 2001. His resident years were at Tamworth Base Hospital in North Western NSW near his home town of Scone NSW.He gained broad experience in orthopaedic registrar appointments in 2005-6 and completed his advanced training in 2010 after training in many NSW hospitals including:Trauma surgery at John Hunter Hospital.Joint Replacement at Royal Newcastle Hospital.Hand Surgery and Shoulder Surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital.General Orthopaedics in Port Macquarie, Tamworth, Maitland and Coffs Harbour.He commenced work as an Orthopaedic Specialist in Tamworth from 2011 to 2013 and then moved to Port Macquarie to join Dr Bill Cumberland in his transition to retirement.
