About Dr Peter Khong
Profile: Dr Peter Khong is a consultant neurosurgeon with Special interests: in cerebrovascular surgery, non-instrumented and complex spine surgery and brain tumour surgery. During his training, he undertook a research year at the Kolling Institute of Medical Research studying the “Molecular Heterogeneity of High Grade Gliomas”, and received the inaugural Avant Doctor in Training Research Scholarship and the Hubert Stuerzl Memorial Educational award.Dr Khong was awarded his fellowship in Neurosurgery in early 2016.In 2016, Dr Khong undertook a combined orthopaedic and neurosurgery spine fellowship at Prince of Wales hospital.
