Dr Peter Hansen is an experienced Consultant and Interventional Cardiologist on the North Shore Hospital Campus (RNSH and NSPH). He has expertise in complex coronary intervention and structural heart disease including established percutaneous valve therapies such as TAVI and MitraClip. He has been instrumental in setting up the infarct angioplasty service and a comprehensive structural heart disease program on the North Shore Hospital Campus. In addition to an active clinical role, he has maintained an ongoing research interest and has over 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
