Profile: Dr Nipu Jayatilleke is a specialist Oncoplastic Breast, Endocrine, and General Surgeon.Dr. Jayatilleke completed further years of subspecialty training in Breast Oncoplastic Surgery, and Thyroid / Parathyroid Surgery, at the high volume centres of the Waikato Hospital in New Zealand, and the Breast Cancer Institute at Westmead Hospital.Her interests outside of surgery include a passion for advancing women in surgery and women in medicine, as well as educating the next generation of doctors. She is an active member and advocate for these issues in the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
