About Dr Neil Boudville
Professor Neil Boudville is Professor of Renal Medicine and Sub-Dean for the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Western Australia. He is also the Head of Department of the Renal Unit at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the Medical Director of the WA Home Dialysis Program (WAHDiP).
Professor Boudville is the Chair of the ANZDATA Peritoneal Dialysis Working Group and the Oceania representative for the International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis Executive committee. He is also a member of the Executive for the Caring for Australasians with Renal Impairment (CARI) Guidelines. He has over 120 peer reviewed publications, 4 current NHMRC Project grants, a NHMRC Program grant and is the Chair of the Scientific Committee for the Australasian Kidney Trials Network.
He is a local UWA MBBS graduate who subsequently specialized in Renal Medicine.
Professor Boudville enjoyed 2 years working in Canada before returning to Perth in 2004.
Professor Boudville has a strong interest in clinical research and education, his main areas of interest are:
