Profile: Asst Prof Zotti practices as an orthopaedic spine surgeon at Gold Coast Spine, Southport. After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery at Monash University in Melbourne (first class honours), Asst Prof Zotti undertook specialist orthopaedic training in South Australia. He is currently a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and of the Australian Orthopaedic Association. In 2018, he completed a Post Fellowship Education and Training-accredited spinal fellowship with Associate Professor Matthew Scott-Young at Gold Coast Spine.Asst Prof Zotti’s philosophy is to assist his patients in improving their symptoms through a precision diagnosis and evidence based conservative management. When an appropriate course of conservative management has failed, Asst Prof Zotti canvasses surgical options with his patients.Asst Prof Zotti is a visiting medical officer at Pindara Private Hospital and his academic affiliation is with the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine at Bond University.
