Dr Vaux has worked in a number of hospitals throughout his career. He was a Resident Medical Officer at the Prince of Wales / Prince Henry Hospital; an Anatomy Demonstrator at the University of Leicester, UK; Surgical Registrar at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney and Northampton General Hospital, UK; Urological Registrar at Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Prince Henry Hospital; Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) in Urology at SAH, Royal North Shore, Mona Vale, Manly and North Shore Private Hospitals; Past Treasurer of the Urological Society of Australasia; and is a Member of the American Urological Association.
