Dr Jonah Chieza is Head of Department of anaesthetics at Geraldton Hospital.
He earned a bachelors degree in pharmacology from University College London UK in 1982 before graduating in medicine from the University of Zimbabwe in 1987.
His practice experience spans over 29 years and he is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
Dr Chieza served as a military doctor before going on to teach clinical pharmacology at the University of Zimbabwe for five years.
He gained extensive anaesthetic experience at Harare Central Hospitals, Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Guys and St Thomas’ and King’s College Hospital London.
