Obstetrician provide medical care before, during, and after childbirth. Gynaecologist diagnose, treat, and aid in the prevention of disorders of the female reproductive system. General Surgeon is a specialist who provides expert treatment across a broad range of emergency and planned surgical procedures, performs surgery to correct diseases and disorders covering a broad range of medical conditions. A Medical Oncologist is a consultant physician specialising in the investigation, study, diagnosis, management and treatment of benign and malignant growths, tumours, cancers and diseases. Sub-specialties of oncology includes surgical oncology (removes the tumour or cancerous tissue during an operation), radiation oncology (radiation therapy), medical oncology (chemotherapy and ) hormone therapy, gynaecological oncologist (treats cancers of the female reproductive system and genitals), haematological oncologist (treats cancers of the blood and bone marrow), paediatric oncologist (treats cancers in children).
