A mixed bag, but the times it really counted… he failed both my partner and me.
Inadequate counsel, inappropriate counsel, thoughtless commentary.
Ending with a bad joke – a customer satisfaction survey part way through the ivf process.
No follow up after cessation of treatment, so a PR and aftercare fail as well.
Extraordinarily poor form.
