He commenced medical school at Monash University in 1984 and graduated in 1989. He started his internship at the Alfred Hospital in 1990 and finished his urology training at Royal Melbourne Hospital in 1997 prior to his two overseas fellowships. He is only one of a few accredited Endo Urological Society Fellows in Australia.Special interests: :Mr Kourambas has expertise in the treatment of prostatic disease including prostate cancer and minimally invasive treatment of renal stone disease including laser flexible ureteroscopy, lithotripsy and percutaneous surgery.
