Having completed his training on the Sydney training programme in 2007, he undertook fellowship training in Norway at Ullevål University Hospital and Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center in knee and shoulder arthroscopy in 2008 and at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto, Canada, in pelvic and lower limb trauma and arthroplasty surgery in 2009.Dr Tunggal is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Queensland and is readily contactable and happy to discuss patient issues at any time.
