General Surgeon is a specialist who provides expert treatment across a broad range of emergency and planned surgical procedures, performs surgery to correct diseases and disorders covering a broad range of medical conditions. Vascular Surgeon diagnoses and treats patients with reconstructive and restorative surgery on arteries and veins for various blood vessel-related diseases or conditions, such as peripheral artery disease, abnormal aortic aneurysm, carotid artery disease, venous disease or varicose veins. Surgeries include angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, and artery plaque removal, repair, or bypass.
