Dr Xia is trained in minimal access surgery for parathyroid and adrenal diseases and all patients are provided with nerve monitoring during surgery to ensure the optimal outcome.Salivary gland – parotid and submandibular: Dr Xia has extensive experience in the management of the oncological pathologies related to salivary glands and I retain a strong interest in these operations. Other services provided: Neck lumps – diagnostic lymph node excision, thyroglossal cysts, branchial cysts. General surgery – lipomas, sebaceous cysts, hernia repairs.
