• 20.05.2023One of the saddest things of leaving Auckland to live elsewhere in NZ was not having Helen as our GP. We both felt heard at all appointments, never rushed, and always walked away from appointments with a plan of action or at a clear idea what we were trying to achieve. We appreciated that Helen included us in our process of wellbeing. We felt respected and empowered. Nearly 7 years later I have yet to find a GP of her caliber and approach.
