Dr Boyce graduated from Monash University and begun surgical training at Royal Melbourne and Bendigo Hospital. He underwent Orthopaedic training and gained fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons, training through hospitals including the Austin, Alfred, Monash, as well as training abroad in Portland America. He completed further subspecialty fellowships with the Melbourne Orthopaedic Group, Austin hospital, Barwon Health and the Balgrist University hospital in Zurich. He has held teaching and research honorary appointments with Monash University and Melbourne University.
He has an interest in sports and reconstructive conditions, as well as arthroplasty. Aiming to use the latest in technologies with a subspecialty interest in:
