Profile: Dr Georgia Cleary is a consultant Ophthalmic surgeon who specialises in the surgical and medical care of patients with cataracts and corneal disease.Georgia graduated from the University of Western Australia’s Medical School in 2001, and worked for in Perth for several years as a junior hospital doctor. The first was undertaken at the prestigious Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, and the second, upon returning to Australia, at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH), Melbourne. Georgia undertook training in corneal surgery including corneal transplantation and corneal refractive surgery (laser vision correction).Georgia is committed to providing personalised, patient centred care.
