Dr Farideh Absalan (Dr Farideh as I call her) out ranks any Psychiatrist (talking) I have been a patient of. Obviously I couldn’t recommend Dr Farideh more highly.

I have been a patient since 2018, still am in 2020, and will be for many years due to 43 years of verbal and physical abuse and trauma.
The level of honest empathy Dr Farideh demonstrates is enormous and it is this that helps me feel safe and understood. Dr Farideh is always 100% honest with me and ‘tells it like it is’, although sometimes a little hard to take, it makes me think and reassess.
Dr Farideh has helped me grow, heal and understand more about my past.
Honestly, without Dr Farideh’s counselling and methodology I don’t believe I would be here today.

If you need to talk to a therapist, I recommend 100% Dr Farideh.

We had a terrible experience with Dr Absalan. From the moment we began a family conference she seemed to go out of her way to antagonise my wife and me. She accused us of poor parenting and of causing our son’s depression and anxiety. She made no effort to ask us questions or try to understand what was going on. She was also dismissive of our family history of mental illness as a contributing factor to our son’s struggles.
