Mr Dilhan Cabraal graduated from Medical College, Colombo, in 1982 and immigrated to New Zealand in 1986. After joining the Advanced Training scheme in New Zealand for ENT surgery, I qualified as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Surgeons in 1994. I have been a visiting consultant for Ear, Nose and Throat surgery for Palmerston North Hospital since 1994 and have been an ENT consultant at Totara House Clinic from 1996.
