He has completed two years of subspecialty foot and ankle fellowship training in the United Kingdom. He was awarded his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Queensland in 2007 and completed his residency at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital. He undertook his Orthopaedic surgical training in Queensland based hospitals and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2017.Dr Miller has a Special interests: in arthroscopic "key hole" foot and ankle surgery, arthroscopic ankle, subtalar and triple fusions, total ankle replacement, ankle stabilisation, ankle cartilage lesions, sporting injuries, minimally invasive bunion correction, complex foot/ankle reconstruction and diabetic foot management.Dr Miller strongly believes in exploring both the conservative and operative treatment options for all orthopaedic conditions. He works closely with other Doctors, Sports Physicians, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists to ensure every option has been considered to provide optimal and timely treatment.
