Dr Huber is the Chairman and founder of the Department of Vascular Surgery in the Illawarra Health Area Service and is the founder of the first dedicated endovascular suite in an operating theatre in Australia, located at The Wollongong Hospital. David was trained in Australia and at King’s College Hospital in the UK. He is on the executive of the Australian College of Phlebology.
