About Dr Brian Fox
Profile: After graduating from Melbourne University and St. Vincent’s Hospital with honours, Brian joined Cranbourne Road Medical Centre in 1990. He completed the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Frankston Hospital in 1989. While Brian’s Special interests: are paediatrics and obstetrics, he has expertise in General Family Medicine having completed the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners’ family training program in 1991, and he remains an associate of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.Currently Brian’s work in Obstetrics includes antenatal care and also delivering babies at Peninsula Private Hopital, he is one of the very few General Practitioners still actively involved in deliveries. He is also involved with the Frankston Hospital Antenatal Shared Care Program – caring for pregnant women prior to delivery at Frankston Hospital.Brian also performs multiple minor surgical procedures. These include Vasectomies under local anaesthetic, IUCD insertions and skin cancer removals.Brian consults every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and also 1 in 5 weekends.
