• 12.12.2022In hindsight I should have instructed my father’s referring doctor to dismiss him much earlier than I did. This fellow is plain dangerous and demonstrated a belligerence beyond belief, continually arguing against logic and failing to diagnose my father’s condition until forced to look at the spinal area that I had been pointing him to for months. If we had followed his advice my father would have died months ago. Instead we ignored his advice and despite French arguing against him having a life saving operation, repeatedly stating that 90 year olds cannot grow muscle, and that my Dad was better off bed ridden, in just 5 months after being transferred from Greenslopes Private Hospital into an aged care facility, my dad has not only developed substantial muscle but is now able to stand, self transfer into a car and is on track to walk again in the next few months. This has only been possible because of the families intervention and the help of our own expert rehab specialist.
