• 02.06.2022Thought she was amazing, but without warning and no reason given. Weeks after I was violently attacked in my own home and nearly killed, when I needed help the most. My appointment was cancelled stating Dr Chesters child was unwell, called regarding appointment and medication multiple times calls never answered as usual but not returned and then I was emailed a discharge notice with no referral to another doctor. No reason, emailed and called which were ignored, except for one email informing me they had already recieved my email though did not provide a single response to my enquiry.
Heartless, cold, and cruel. I’ve been without a doctor for over a year now, recovery is difficult with no support and no medications at all as controlled and public system wont help. I never imagined Dr Chester to have so little regard for a patients well being and life. I thought she was amazing. It’s extremely unethical to with no notice warning or explaination discharge completely without even referring to another doctor especially when medication is involved and controlled and already well aware a vulnerable patient who suffered signifucant traumas prior, no family support, no friends, pervious DV relationships and vicitim of pervious assults with a head injury and informed the practice how two men had just violently attacked and violated her. Extremely unethical and poor conduct. No regard for patients life as aware perviously suicidal and new trauma likely trigger. Also recent diagnoses of ASD and other issues.
