Obstetrician, Gynaecologist provides diagnostic, treatment and preventative medical and surgical services related to the care of women, fetuses and children during pregnancy and childbirth, and to disorders of the female genital, urinary, rectal and reproductive organs. Obstetrician provide medical care before, during, and after childbirth. Gynaecologist diagnose, treat, and aid in the prevention of disorders of the female reproductive system. A Medical Oncologist is a consultant physician specialising in the investigation, study, diagnosis, management and treatment of benign and malignant growths, tumours, cancers and diseases. Sub-specialties of oncology includes surgical oncology (removes the tumour or cancerous tissue during an operation), radiation oncology (radiation therapy), medical oncology (chemotherapy and ) hormone therapy, gynaecological oncologist (treats cancers of the female reproductive system and genitals), haematological oncologist (treats cancers of the blood and bone marrow), paediatric oncologist (treats cancers in children).
